If I remember right, the gender selection is right below where you choose the animals from. They are on either side of the information button for the animal.
I can't figure out how to get a Giant Panda in the Breeding the Giant Pandas scenario. I did all the research programs and got the bamboo, but I still can't find it! What do I do????

If it is for ZT1, make sure you researched the Giant Panda, then try to find it in the animal menu.
If it is for ZT2, your zoo needs to have 5 stars, and then just cancel adoptions until you see the Panda.

The most likely cause of them killing each other is that they are not related. Try having just one male in the exhibit.

Click on the little bulldozer and click on a part of the fence and if u want ti all gone just extend the tiles.
