How do you do it?!  I keep trying and it won't work! I am seriously confused can someone help or at least tell me how to do it??

First you go to Zoo Admin which is actually zoo.ogresnet.com.  Then you hit download on anything you want when you find the download screen.  Make sure what you are downloading is for ZT2.  Send the download to My Documents.  When the download is done you should see the file name in your My Documents folder.  Right click on it and say extract all.  A little wizard box will pop up and you hit next.  At the top will be a place for writing with writing already in it.  Erase that and type in C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon 2\downloads.  Type this exactly or it will not work.  Click next and then click finish.  A box will pop up showing where your file went.  Close that and start ZT2.  Your download should be in the game ready for adoption.  If it is not there then you can try it again by going to My Documents and doing the same thing over again.  You might have mistyped something.  Make sure all the capitals and slashes are the same as the ones above.  There are two slash buttons.  Hope this helps.

when i click on dowload nothing comes up

Once I get to the extracting wizard and type in the thing and click Next it says no files to extract HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

You don't extract anything ... I believe you just place the zip file into the Downloads folder directly which is located at C:\Documents and Settings\All Users\Application Data\Microsoft Games\Zoo Tycoon 2\downloads

You have to extract the actual folder when you download it

I forgot to do that once and my animal didn't show up in the game

Hi.

 I do as you tell me above and the game puts the animal for adoption and everything works fine. The problem is that when I adopt the animal and put it in its habitat a big black square appears under the adopted animal instead of its biome (grass, water, dirt, etc) and wherever the animal goes the black square is always under it. I tried downloading other animals and the same thing happens. I have also try doing the dowloading several times but the square is still in there.

Please if you can help me with this problem I would highly appreciated.
