Hello everyone,

We had a bad wind storm on Thursday night (12/14) which left a lot of communities without power.

I drove in to work Friday morning and found only emergency lighting in the building so moderation was not possible. I found out this morning that power wasn't restored to the area until early Saturday morning!

We apologize for the unexpected down time and thank everyone for their patience.

I posted this to the off-topic forum because it's a bit late as an announcement. If anyone would like to add a weather story of their own, please do!

I havent been in a actual weather storm, but I heard their was a tornado in Birmingham and London

(the Birmingham one was a few years ago)

In October I had a freak storm (almost a blizzard) here in Buffalo. My house lost power so I stayed in my gram's house until I had power again.
