  Help Help, I brought zoo complete collection for my granddaughter (and Me of course) and followed instruction to install ticked all the right boxes and what have yous, pressed play and had great fun for 3 hours, (tired eyes) then the next day went to play again and programme started to load then went blank and back to my normal screen ?????? tried again ?????? reinstalled tried again ????? still cant get it to load and play , downloaded a 'patch' like was told to, still nothing so please help anyone we really want to play for what we payed for.

THe same problem has happened to me but i have the four expansions, we've tried using different disks, changing the compatibility and using an update but othings working.

Me too.  I downloaded it, i put disk 1 in, open it up and click play and it just goes back to the desktop and doesn't load anything.  Its really making me mad!
