He means the 23'rd of June, 2008. He put it in Day/Month/Year format, instead of Month/Day/Year.

In some places they put the day first, then the month.  So, the 23 of June.  That's tomorrow. (Or today, depending on when this post comes up.)

That's how I do it. Maybe only Canadians do that?
