Some bad ones:

Rocket hasn't mated.
Rocky is shakey and clingy to Zaphod.
Rocky can't win a battle flor her life and is letting the whisker territory shrink.
Flower never gave up, and led to some deathes.
Flower was kinda strict.

I don't think Rocky has done enough good yet to be consided better then Flower as a leader. After all, has she done anything to expand the group? She hasn't fully mated since her premature pups, and we all know how that ended. However she did find that clean burrow. I won't say Rocky is better than Flower, Flower did a lot of things that helped make the Whiskers into what they are now. But Rocky could still stand up to her mother, who knows? So far I say she's an okay leader, she hasn't got the group into too much trouble but hasn't had a grand fight and won more turf, either. I still like Meerkat Manor, but I'm not a super-fan anymore. I hope that there is one more season, then go off air. After all, almost all the oldies died off now. Just left to Youssy and Zaphod. (Youssy isn't dead, right?)

Good point. Rocket Dog is kind of more calm and slightly more shakey than Flower. Flower was strong and noble. Here are good qualities I see in both:

Rocket Dog;

Calm
Knows when to end a hopeless fight

Flower;

Strong
Noble
Strict
Willing to help her pups

I don't think Rocky has done enough good yet to be consided better then Flower as a leader. After all, has she done anything to expand the group? I agree. Rocket Dog just isn't fit for the position. And if she keeps those other pups alive, then the Whiskers will definately get too big. And Stormy is right: Mozart didn't die saving her pups, and that means that Flower was more noble than her.

I do watch Meerkat Manor, but I have watched all the episodes in season 3 now, so I am waiting for the next season to come out. Shame that Mozart and Flower died though. Flower was about seven years old when she died though, so se was pretty much coming up for her last years anyway (I think Suricates live for around six years, could be wrong though.) Yellow Mongooses live in mobs much like Suricates though, so I somewhat wish they would bring out a mongoose manor or somethng. I have always liked wild animals show much like Meerkat Manor, not humans coming on screen expect for them talking (it just looks more nature like to me when people don't come on screen, but that is just my opinion.) I have seen shows about lions that are like Meerkat Manor as well, the lions have names are what not and they say what the animals are doing in it. I also saw another show about a Tiger a few months back which was like Meerkat Manor, but the show didn't last for very long. I think it was called Sita The Tiger or something... I only watched two episodes so it could of go on for longer without me knowing, but I no longer saw it on animal planet after a while. I normally watch Nat Geo Wild these days though. It has more shows about wild animals on that one. On animal planet, they always have things on like Animal Cops, and sorry if this seems rude to anyone who likes the show, but I just don't like it much. I am glad people do save animals, so don't take that the wrong way, but it is not about wild animals, it is just about domestic ones which is something I am not very interested in. When I watch shows about animals, I mainly want to learn about them, not see them being rescued.
