Okay this is going to be really long but here goes.
1. Name male maintenance worker Bob V and all your currantly broken fences will be fixed.
2. Name a scientist Dr. Scholl and all your scientists will walk twice as fast.
3. Put a mermaid statue in a tank and it will turn into a real mermaid. (There are no mermen)
4. Name a scientist Dr. Frankenstein and there is a 10% chance that the dinosaur egg that he visits will turn into another dino.
5. Name any guest Eggman and your dinosaur egg will hatch immediatly after being visited by a scientist. (Do it at the beginning of the game to get the timing right)
6. Hold down shift and the #4 at the top of the keyboard and you get $1,000 every time it is pushed.(Fences break and tanks get dirty when you do this so either do it at the beginning of the game or use the Bob V cheat. The Bob V cheat doesn't work on cleaning tanks.)
7. Name any guest Adam Levesque and unlock all Animal Care research programs.
8. Name any guest Lou Catanzaro and unlock all Animal Enrichment research programs.
9. Name a guest Charlie Peterson and unlock all exhibit foliage.
10. Name a guest Akiyama and unlock all the scenarios that are in the game.
11. Name a guest Steve Serafino and unlock all Endangered Animal research programs.
12. Name a guest John Wheeler and unlock all animal shelters.
13. Name a guest Ron Propst and unlock all dino foliage research programs.
14. Name a guest Hank Howie and unlock all Staff Education research programs.

24. On December 25 in the game calender Santa Claus flies across the zoo.

27. Name a male maintenance worker The Rock and all your buildings turn to rubble.
28. Name a guest Zeta Psi and all adult male guests change colors and get sick.
29. Name a guest Alfred H and a flock of birds will come and scare your guests.
30. Put a male lion, male bengal tiger, and male grizzly bear in an empty exhibt and unlock the golden brick bath.
31. Name a exhibit Copralite Corner and all dino poo turns into rocks.
32. Name a guest Stinky and that guest causes others to get sick.
33. Name a male guest rpro and female guests run away from him.
34. Name a male guest Boogyman and the guest causes kids to run away.
35. Name an exhibit wonderland and get a bonus toward the chance of guests entering the zoo.
36. Name an exhibit Microsoft and get double the normal donations at that exhibt.
37. Name a female zookeeper Susan Kittleson and Zoo Marketing effect is doubled.
38. Name a guest Russell C and all fences will be broken.
39. Earn the Zoo of the Year award and unlock the elephant seal statue.
40. Earn excellence in Arctic Exhibt Constuction and unlock the iceberg.
41. Earn the best Sea Lion Show in the Country and unlock the California Sea Lion Statue.
42. Earn the best Orca show in the Country and unlock the Orca Statue.
43. Earn the best Dolphin Show in the Country and unlock the Bottlenose Dolphin statue.
44. Win the Aquatic Show Park scenario and unlock the Show Grandstand 2.
45. Win the Shark World scenario and unlock the Photo Booth.
46. Win the Super Zoo scenario and unlock the Trio Statue.
