    For Zoo Tycoon 1 or 2? for ZT1, you can't. For ZT2 try looking in the manuel that comes with the game, they explian how in their.

    You can make waterfalls by first making a cliff , then adding water on top of it. then make a lake/pond .next join two together.

    Detailed instructions

    Fist, make a cliff (It can be as tall as you want) Put water at the top, not to the edge of the cliff but almost. Make a pond at the bottom on the side you want your waterfall to be on. From here you can eather A-Make the pond at the bottom shrink the cliff by painting it towards it or B-Make the pond on top of the cliff go to the edge on the side of your pond. Now, paint water on the side of your cliff, it should make a waterfall. If you want to get rid of it, just get rid of the water by painting it over with grass, then lower your cliff.
