I searched the internet for this problem "you must accept the EULA in order to play zoo tycoon2" I have the zookeeper collection, genuine, bought from a retailer yet it still didnt work. Microsoft solution center is hopeless as it isnt a language pack problem! this is how I solved it - first I have vista home premium, once the game is installed open the file containing the game, it is tricky to find goto 'computer' double click on 'vista' or your c harddrive, then 'program files' then 'LOC_MSGAMES2' then 'LOC_BASEPRODUCTNAME' and your game files should appear, now leave that window open. Next open 'computer' again and this time right click on your cd drive and in the resulting menu choose 'open' here you have all the game files again yet this time you will note 'eula.dll' and 'eula' (a word file), highlight and copy both these then return to the game files you previously opened on your harddrive, now press paste. If there isnt a zt2 shortcut on your desktop look for the file with the tigers head in the folder you just pasted the eula files to, right click on it and choose 'send' then 'to desktop create shortcut' now you can close all open windows and double click the new shortcut on your desktop, happy gaming!!
