It feels like I've been playing this forever!  The animals for the last two biomes never seem to be for sale.  I've got my zoo's fame up to 4 stars and I can't seem to get it higher.  Are 5 stars neccessary to complete the scenario? 

No, but t can seem that way. To get rid of animals you don't want/need, hit decline (Decline is the rectangular button with a paw and an X) If you have ZT2 only, then select the animal you don't want and hit decline (It should be under the male/female changer) if you have any XP, the decline button will be under the animal, and you don't have to have it selected.

Note- Because you have a four star zoo, it might take a long time to get the biome you want. Just keep on declining until you get what you are looking for.

I didn't realize a declined animal would be replaced with a random one... silly now that I think of it.

It took me quite awhile to figure that out actually. If that makes you feel any better.
