You go into the photo album you want in the game, then click the button that says "export to HML" when you hover over it (I think it's HML).  Then go to http://www.uploadhouse.com/ or some other photo site.  Then, go to the window that came up when you exported the photo album earlier.  Select the photo you want, then copy the "url" for it.  Go back to the photo site, and paste into the box that is next the the "Browse" button.  Then "Upload".  After that, copy and paste one of the URLs for the photo into your post on this thread.
