The Official Zoo Tycoon Forum

Humans don't know but animals have kingdoms as well. Each species has their own way of defing their kingdom. Most of the large kingdoms are created by large herbivores like Elephants, the small ones are usially created by predators that live alone. I will tell the stories of the leaders of these great kingdoms, which involve how they became leaders, the challenges, and the best part of being leader. For now I will focus on three leaders, but I will add more soon. Here they are:

Mansa, King of the Western Chimpanzees, officially The Malinese.

Rwanda, Queen of the Central and Eastern African Elephants, officially The Republic of Victorian Elephants.

Yucatan and Baja, King and Queen of the Northern and Central American Otters, officially Kingdom of Mexica. (Just in case by Northern I mean only Mexico because these are neotropical otters and don't live anywhere north of Mexico.)

Well here are the stories:

Mansa:Mansa of the powerful Mali tribe of chimpanzees we announce you king of the Western Chimpanzees. "All Hail the king". It was the time of celebration, the Mali tribe has been the rulers of the Western Chimpanzees for 2 centuries, the first thing they did was change the kingdoms name to the Malinese. Today Mansa rules the Malinese, tradition states that kings of the chimpanzees must be decided between the current most powerful tribe. For the Mali tribe the king is decided when all the chimpanzees submit to the power of one single chimpanzee. Now Mansa is that chimpanzee and he has proven that he is a smart and strong leader by defeating the Guinea tribe who tried to obtain power from the Mali tribe. Mansa has a lot to learn before he can truly call himself king but for now he celebrates with his tribe.

Rwanda:Rwanda it has been decided that you are the truly the most wisest elephant of us all and for that you are now the Queen of the Victorian Elephants. The way elephants decide their leaders is odd but does work, it is normally the wisest and most experienced elephant and is decided by the council of the elder elephants, and the elephants of the kingdom. Rwanda was the best candidate because she is already well known for all the kind things she has done. She has convinced elephants to stay away for human crops so the humans will have something to eat besides elephants. She is a wise choice and is expected to do many great things.

Yucatan and Baja:This is a historical day for the kingdom of Mexica. King Yucatan has just married Queen Baja and the kingdoms that were once seperate are now one. The two have made many plans for are glorious kingdom including a peace treaty to the South American Otters. The nation is growing and becoming one of the most well known, let us hope this greatness last forever.
