There was already a post in the anouncements... that there will be Zoo Tycoon 2: Ultimate Collection that will feature all four expansions: Endangered Species, African Adventure, Marine Mania, and Extinct Animals--all expansions in one at an amazing value! And it is likely to contain some new stuff, but nobody knows for sure yet.

Yes. As long as you have unlocked it, you will have it. Everything will remain unlocked, so you can delete those saved games.
